This is definitely My personal favorite Every single time I am bone cracking tired, my kids lose all the interest in falling asleep. They want to run around, with me following them, persuading, coercing and even threatening then to go to bed, but they run away laughing & giggling.
and sometimes, when I am all fresh they surprise me by sleeping so early!
so I think, in the laws of parenthood:
Time required by a baby to fall asleep ∝
Tiredness of a mother
The season have been changing, and sudden outburst of rainfall (and the ice-cold soft drink, which I would not give blame to) made me sniff and cough for some time now. Those days (and particularly the nights) were toughest, my kids were more upset than usual. The tantrums increased manifolds. The crying sessions were longer.
Ugh. I concluded:
Crankiness of a child ∝ Illness of a mother
Its been a long time my comic app is having an issue and despite I tried to make another account I wasnt satisfied, so while I pray to get my original account back so that I can draw comics – I need to find another way to vent.
Parenting is tough. Mothering, I would argue, is tougher. Unless we find a comic side of thing we will just get burnt in the process.
My take on Murphy’s laws. I’m potty (and pee) training my second one these days and using my valuable experience of 2 solid years of doing the same, I have observed and found out that:
The chances to pee in pants ∝ Newness of clothes worn
Hehe, Can you relate to the same?
Eidi: A small amount of Money kids get from the elders as an alterative/addition to Eid Gift, which kids normally spent in buying Treats or Toys.
Another Toddler comic, with Ramadan around the corner, my kids are picking up a bit about fasting. Although the instance was slightly different in real, Ib ended up saying that he cant eat an egg because it had ‘bones’ in it !!!
Toddler excuses after all
