Okay that was pun intended but the fact is that I am a chocolate and a cookie person. Specially dunking them in cold milk! sheer joy for myself. Surprisingly the oats cookies I had been making wasn’t very popular with my toddlers. Abi eats them often because she makes them – but ib is a no no to them almost all the time.
And peanut butter is a Yes Yes in my household. I decided to make these Incredibly simple and awesome flour-less cookies.
Technically they are three-ingredient cookies, but I add a cup of chocolate chip to it because I crave chocolate, hence the 4 ingredient cookies.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chocolate chip
(I added 1/2 tea spoon of baking powder as well, but its optional.)
Just add all the ingredients one by one, mix well, make small balls and flatten them on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-14 minutes. Let cook. Dunk in cup of milk and enjoy.
Now this one has even my 2yo asking for ‘kooki’.
and well, You are welcome 😉
These look perfect for my little grandchild, Ellie! She is not so happy with my oatmeal cookies, either (so I end up eating them….). So glad to have found you! Or, so glad that you found ME!
They look amazing and so yummy!
